Tenant must coordinate & pay for water delivery (about $85/month) We will be replacing the living room carpet in August.

One month's security deposit required. Dogs & cats okay with additional $100 security deposit.

Please keep in mind this house is located at 8,500 feet elevation - tenant should have a 4WD or similar vehicle as the roads are not paved.
